Site Rental Cost
(If your 4/4.5 hour session cuts through the middle of the day meaning that another group could not use it for another half day session ie. 11-3.00 then you must book for a double session)
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Occasionally the Centre for Ecotherapy will have to cancel the hire due to severe weather forecasts ie Storm conditions with winds over 35/mph in which case you will receive a full refund;
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the date you will receive a 75% refund;
If you cancel between 14 & 7 days before the date you will receive a 50% refund.
There is no refund if you cancel within 7 days of the date or do not attend on the day.

Organisations using fire must bring their own firewood. No foraging for firewood is allowed on Centre for Ecotherapy or Stanmer Organics land.
Private insurance is needed to run sessions on this site.
Please note we are unable to accept bookings for children’s parties.
