Team Building/ Staff Respite Days
Bring your organisation’s staff team/department to the Centre for Ecotherapy for respite, well-being or planning sessions. Benefit from facilitated ecotherapy and/or horticultural activities that will energise group cohesion or manage your own activities – all in the peaceful and invigorating surroundings of our Wilderness site. Finish the day with your colleagues feeling refreshed and inspired.

Personal Ecotherapy Consultations
One-to-one ‘signposting’ sessions with an experienced personal consultant.
Volunteering and Community Engagement Opportunities
